Head of Finance Reporting to the CEO this pivotal role based in Co Tipperary comes at a significant juncture for our client following recent investment into their manufacturing facility .
As Head of Finance, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial management and growth of the organisation, leveraging your hands-on expertise and industry experience to navigate the complexities of a modern manufacturing environment and contribute significantly to their strategic financial objectives.
Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the finance team, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, managing cash flow, engaging with stakeholders, driving operational efficiency, and evaluating investment opportunities.
The ideal candidate will bring a recognised accountancy qualification and a robust background with at least eight years in senior finance roles, preferably in manufacturing, production, or a related field.
