What you need to know You will work as anAccounts Assistantfor our client a large commercial organisation based in Tipperary.

You will report into the Finance Manager, and you will work very closely with the finance team. This is apermanent jobwith an attractive salary and benefits package. The company will support your training and development and there will be opportunities to advance. Your new job This position demands a proactive team player with exceptional communication skills.

Key duties & responsibilities:
Support in preparing monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements. Aid in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Complete monthly control accounts and conduct weekly bank reconciliations. Verify inventory accuracy by reconciling with physical valuation. Oversee the debtor's ledger and generate monthly invoices. Provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Payroll as needed. What are we looking for? Part-qualified accountant, accounting technician, or qualified through practical knowledge. Over 3 years of accounting experience in a commercially oriented setting. Proficient in Sage and Excel. Enthusiastic about learning and identifying process enhancements.
