Payroll Specialist - Dublin

Walters People are seeking experienced Payroll Specialists for our clients based accross Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate payroll processes across Ireland
- Maintain efficient payroll processes and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Manage all payroll elements including BIK, pensions, and deductions.
- Address employee and business partner payroll queries.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting payroll.
- Review and suggest improvements to existing payroll procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Assist with project-related activities and year-end tasks.

Requirements:

Proactive and self-driven approach to work.
- Stand-Alone experience is preferable
- Familiarity with UK and Irish Income Tax Laws and Legislation's.
- Experience working cross-functionally.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in PC operations and analytical tasks.

Desirable: Experience with Sage HR/Payroll, hospitality industry background, IPASS/Accounting Technician qualification or equivalent.
