- Support the development and execution of the Group Payroll strategy, providing industry expertise to assist decision making
- Lead the implementation of regional payroll solutions and integration with stakeholders
- Support operational goals and objectives, including identifying resource needs, assessing opportunities, managing risk, and implementing technical and process solutions.
- Ensure Group payrolls are processed timely and accurately, liaising with third-party payroll providers, reconciling/posting to the general ledger, and supporting employees with payroll-related queries or issues
- Lead a team of seven or more employees in achieving organisational goals, providing guidance, coaching, direction, and development
- Foster a diverse workplace conducive to all participants contributing to their full potential in pursuit of organisational objectives
- Degree educated and Accounting/Payroll qualification desirable
- SAP experience essential
- Success Factors experience will be an advantage
- Minimum 7 years' experience in large international group
- Strong project management experience and analytical skills and manages through metrics
- Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, influencing and cross-functional teamwork skills
- Excellent communication, writing and facilitation skills
- 10% bonus
