This pivotal role will be an individual contributor position, demanding a candidate with extensive experience within the EMEA region, particularly in-depth knowledge of the payment industry. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of experience, who will play a vital role in shaping Clover's presence in the region and impacting the lives of millions of merchants through innovative payment solutions.

Every day, Clover empowers omnicommerce services for hundreds of thousands of merchants across multiple countries worldwide. Our cloud platform underpins payment processing, storage, and collaboration for merchants, application developers, service providers, and customers. We are renowned for pioneering new payments capabilities, including Apple Pay, Scan-to-Pay, and Alipay, establishing Clover as a leading innovator in the industry.

    Job Role:

As a Senior Product Manager for Card Not Present (CNP) Payments in EMEA at Clover, you will lead our industry presence in e-commerce payments. Leveraging your expertise in payments, you will drive the expansion of Clover's e-commerce business by introducing compelling new products and tools tailored for the EMEA market. Success in this role demands strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the payment ecosystem within the region.

    Key Responsibilities:

Define requirements to adapt our card-not-present products and features deployed in North America for the EMEA region. Develop robust business cases for new card-not-present products and features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain the roadmap for CNP products and features. Craft detailed user stories and requirements for CNP products and features, ensuring alignment with market demands and company strategy. Partner closely with design, engineering, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure successful development and launch of Clover CNP products. Support partners utilizing our ecommerce APIs and SDKs to build vertical solutions, in collaboration with the developer relations team. Work with the marketing team to package products effectively, creating marketing collateral and materials to drive awareness and adoption. Conduct training sessions for local Fiserv sales channels on Clover product capabilities and value proposition. Analyze merchant and developer feedback to enhance productivity and user experience continually. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to your product area to measure success and drive improvements.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management within the payment industry, with a focus on the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing payment products or solutions.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce payment rules, regulatory requirements, and industry standards within the EMEA region.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and market insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives, customers, and developers.
  • Experience working with web and mobile SDK APIs, and collaborating with developers.
  • Strong individual contributor with an ability to manage their own workload effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a diverse team, fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for technology and driving impactful business outcomes.
