    KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    On a team basis, this position will provide Team Leader support for all project-based production requirements at the Burnfoot site pertaining to the build process of electrical switchgear and associated products.

    Reporting to and fully supporting the Burnfoot Production Manager, this position provides an excellent opportunity to enhance professional growth. The role will encompass the following duties:

    • Daily leadership and guidance of production teams.
    • Driving and maintaining the overall Site to be equitable to Company standards and expectations to be applied for E+I employees and Contractors.
    • Achieve production schedule timeframes & ensure customer deadlines are met.
    • Organise manpower and other resources to achieve targets.
    • Create a positive self–motivated atmosphere in a team environment.
    • Assist with first-line management duties in line with company procedures.

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Applicants must have at least three years of supervisory experience in an electrical background in either manufacturing, engineering, or contracting environment or at least three years in a SWG manufacturing environment.
    • Proven track record of providing leadership to achieve production.
    • Experience in people management requirements, from identifying training needs/performance assessment to maximising output.
    • Demonstrated record of Health & Safety awareness within a Factory Environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively.
    • Computer literate in Office Systems, e.g., Microsoft Office, word processing, spreadsheets, database and extensive knowledge of Excel.
