    Som financial controller bliver du en del af Institut for Menneskerettigheders regnskabsafdeling på tre medarbejdere og en regnskabschef. Tonen er uformel, og et godt fagligt miljø prioriteres højt.

    Sammen med regnskabschefen kommer du til at planlægge, udvikle og vedligeholde teamets opgaver og processer:

    • Financial controlling af den løbende drift samt måneds- og årsregnskab
    • Sikre at de overordnede kontroller er effektive og efterleves, herunder sikre effektive interne kontroller, procedurer og dokumentation for de udførte kontroller
    • Organisere bogholderiopgaverne og bl.a. definere klare roller og ansvar for de leverancer, som Finance løser
    • Gennemføre løbende central controlling af projektøkonomien, udarbejde og vedligeholde stamdata, kost- og salgspriser, opgøre færdiggørelsesgrader mv.
    • Automatisere og digitalisere arbejdsgange samt optimere processer, hvor det er muligt, så opgaverne løses mest effektivt.
    • På sigt bliver du superbruger af systemer (ERP system, tidsregistrering mv.)
    • Instituttets anvender Økonomistyrelsens Navision Stat løsninger samt rapporteringsværktøjet SAS FM.

    I regnskabsteamet er der stort fokus på at levere valide og rettidige data til projektcontrollerne i instituttets nye Business Team. Businessteamet består at Business Partnere og Projektcontrollere, som er ansvarlige for opfølgning på projektbevillinger. En del af dit arbejde bliver derfor at styrke samarbejdet mellem regnskabsteamet og Businessteamet.

    Dit primære ansvar bliver at sikre kvalitetssikrede regnskabsdata samt udvikle instituttets regnskabs funktion. Det forventes bl.a.:

    • At du er med til at skabe en effektiv kommunikation omkring periodelukning internt i teamet, som bygger på en klar plan for hvornår leverancer eksekveres og leveres
    • At vejen går gennem digitale afstemninger og automatisering, hvor det er muligt
    • At kontrolmiljøet underbygges af god dokumentation

    Du har en uddannelse indenfor økonomi (HD, el. lign.) og et par års erfaring fra et lignende job. Du kan også være i gang med en HD. Du er superbruger i Excel, har indgående kendskab til ERP-systemer og har let ved at lære nyt.

    LØN OG ANSÆTTELSESFORHOLD

    Stillingen er en fastansættelse. Arbejdstiden er gennemsnitlig 37 timer om ugen. Arbejdsstedet er København (Christianshavn).

    Løn og ansættelsesvilkår fastsættes i henhold til gældende overenskomst mellem Finansministeriet og relevant organisation. Der er mulighed for at forhandle et evt. tillæg i overensstemmelse med de stillede krav og dine kvalifikationer.
