    • Hybrid 2 days WFH Communicate Recruitment Solutions have recently partnered with a leading manufacturing company on a Financial Controller appointment within their team.
    Working closely with Senior leadership, the individual within this position will play a key role in overseeing and managing the finance function.

    The responsibilities and person specification are as follows:

    Responsibilities:
    Preparation of Monthly Management accounts and monthly reporting Preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations Support the year end audit process Assist in compliance processes - Accounting & Tax Support year end budgeting Support forecasting, cash flow analysis and KPI reporting processes Oversee AP & AR Function Cash Flow Management Support the Finance director with ad hoc projects

    Person Specification:
    Qualified Accountant Circa 5 years' PQE Relevant industry experience is beneficial People Management Experience Willingness to be hands-on and work off own initiative Skills: Financial Reporting Management Accounting balance sheet reconcilliation cash flow management Budgeting Forecasting
