    Description

    Cpl Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced HR Lead join a large semi-state organisation in Dublin city centre. This is a permanent role, offering hybrid working of 2 days onsite per week. The successful candidate must have 5+ years HR Experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for supporting the team with implementing people strategy, and people policies.
    • Support with data-driven insights.
    • Design and implement the employee wellbeing strategies.
    • Support with the company's recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
    • Support with Sick leave and Employee relations issues.
    • Responsible for organising events, different recognition programmes and creating, distributing, and reviewing surveys.
    • Identify the trends and areas of improvement from these surveys and propose different initiatives to improve work-life balance and wellbeing.
    • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and systems.
    • Responsible for answering any HR Related Queries
    • Get involved in Learning and Development programmes.
    • Pull and prepare reports and presentations to communicate to the business.

    Requirements:

    • 5 + years HR Experience
    • Relevant third level qualification
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and analyse problems and potential improvements, and propose and implement solutions.
    • Irish Employee Relations Experience.
