Ondine Limited, a leading marine survey company specializing in Offshore Geophysical Survey Work, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Geophysical Lead. As the Geophysical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical excellence, innovation, and overall success of our geophysical operations, working closely with the Survey Director. This position requires exceptional technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering high-quality geophysical survey projects. The Head Geophysical Lead will report to the Survey Director and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the effective execution of geophysical survey operations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance in geophysical survey operations, working closely with the Survey Director to align strategies and goals.
Ensure adherence to industry best practices, methodologies, and standards in geophysical survey operations.
Collaborate with the Survey Director and cross-functional teams to plan and execute geophysical survey projects, considering overall project objectives and timelines.
Assist in resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management for geophysical operations.
Oversee the acquisition and processing of geophysical data, in coordination with the Survey Director, to ensure accurate and reliable results.

Collaborate with the Survey Director in promoting a strong health, safety, and environmental culture within geophysical operations.
Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, implementing necessary risk mitigation measures.
Represent Ondine Limited, in collaboration with the Survey Director, in relevant industry forums, conferences, and technical committees.
Foster collaborations and contribute to industry thought leadership, staying updated with industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies.
