    Intel Quality Analyst

    Location: Dublin, Ireland

    Salary: €40,000 base per annum and an OTE of €5,000 per annum.

    About the Intel Quality Analyst:

    This role will support our MarketStar Intel operations team through developing, maintaining and executing a global quality scoring index. The role requires a creative and engaging approach to deliver and enhance the teams operational efficiency. The Intel Quality Analyst will work collaboratively with our broader MarketStar teams and look to tailor the approach to be a right fit for our team.

    Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of the QA framework end-to-end.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control processes to identify potential gaps in process and enhance overall operational delivery.
  • Provide root cause analysis on failure points and effective process improvement recommendations.
  • Support Line Managers with the delivery and application of development needs identified during the Probation PIP and PDP processes.
  • Liaise with senior management to ensure QA needs assessments are carried out
  • Influence and drive continuous improvement through creating and developing good working relationships with managers and employees
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports on department activity.

  • Organizational skills
  • Communications skills (stakeholders, TL's, reps, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong compliance & data protection knowledge, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience in Saas tech industry.
  • Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast paced.
  • EN + any European language and comprehensive understanding of the general culture/manners preferd

    • Skills & Qualifications:

  • Min 2 years Experience with quality assurance or metrics analysis.
  • A clear understanding of Sales and Customer success programs
  • Experience working within tech industry a plus
  • Highly organized and detail oriented (Project Management skills are beneficial)
  • Proficient use of Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills supported by an energetic and engaging attitude
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Desire to collaborate with global team to fine tune best practises
  • Flexible working schedule to accommodate operational requirements
