    Description

    The Panel is currently engaged to source a Compliance Analyst on behalf of a highly reputable independent active Fund Management Company in Dublin city centre on a permanent basis This is a new position that will report to the Head of Compliance which will cover continental European business all aspects of compliance and will be based in Dublin.

    Responsibilities Ongoing analysis of regulatory developments relevant to the firm Assist in reviewing and analysing communications from the Central Bank of Ireland Production of meeting packs, management information and risk and compliance committee reporting Performing compliance monitoring tasks and analysing breach information Assist with filings to the Central Bank of Ireland Help maintain BGE compliance policies and manage the updates to the BGE compliance manual Assist in identifying, assessing and monitoring key compliance risks.

    Requirements Previous experience working within the compliance or related function of an investment manager or financial services entity Experience of the European regulatory environment Operational awareness of the investment management process Ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines Ability to work under pressure Skilled in the planning and delivery of tasks and ensuring that they are completed to a high quality Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative, with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate at all levels The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience and includes an excellent bous and benefits package including hybrid work arrangements Please contact Liam Murphy if you meet the key criteria and wish to apply Skills:
