    VENDOR MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE – DUBLIN, IRELAND

    Our client is one of the biggest players worldwide in supply chain and procurement operations. With over 2000 clients all over the globe, they thrive in providing the best solutions in matters of supply chain effectiveness and procurement activities.

    In their office in Dublin, they are now looking for a professional who can ensure that the suppliers are fully committed to their scope of business and is motivated to create an environment where the communications and engagement with the suppliers are easy-going and lead to better collaboration, improved performance, and innovation.

    BENEFITS:

    • Salary: 65-75k EUR DOE
    • 25 days' vacation, 5 extra sick days

    • Fixed Term contract for 2 years with views of permanency

    Job responsibilities:

    • Own communication with a diverse landscape of vendors/suppliers across a global scope in the telecommunications industry.
    • Ensure vendors/suppliers are appropriately engaged with internal processes and procedures.
    • Manage, track and drive supplier incidents or inquiries to closure and ensure implementation of improvement measures where needed.
    • Identify areas of improvement to increase network reliability, and efficiency and reduce overhead where possible.
    • Analyze vendor performance data and reports by developing vendor scorecards and provide feedback to the business on vendor performance KPIs.
    • Supplier reviews and evaluations to address and resolve its relationships and deliverables challenges
    • Utilize internal tools and dashboards to track vendor performance, risks, and blockers properly
    • Provide written and other communications to globally dispersed audiences, as directed.
    • Work closely with internal partners/stakeholders and external suppliers to improve the network operations.
    • Keep updated with the best practices in the supply chain operations and activities

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years' recent experience relevant to vendor/supplier management/operations.
    • 4+ years' of experience in procurement project management
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with relationship-building abilities.
    • Self-starter, attentive, with the ability to successfully execute work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent problem-solving, coordination and multi-tasking experience skills in a fast-paced working environment.
    • Critical thinker who is proactive in identifying problems and promoting problem
