    Monroe Recruitment are hiring Luxury Boutique Client Advisor to work in Luxury Boutiques in Department stores across Dublin City Centre & South Dublin with immediate start.

    As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to exquisite standards.

    You will strive to discover your clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.


    About the role:
    Welcoming clients into the store and delivering exceptional 1-2-1 customer service to create a memorial store journey from beginning to end of sale Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships Demonstrate your product knowledge whilst being aware of product launches and promotions in store Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results by using link-selling and up-selling sales skills Support team to ensure that Visual Merchandising, House-Keeping and Cleanliness in store is adhered to at all times Adhere to the companys policies and procedures Carry out any additional tasks required by the management team Profile: Fluent in English Language, Written and Oral Previous experience in Luxury Retail Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills Passionate about Luxury Fashion, Beauty, and Accessories Commercial Mindset Impeccable Grooming and Hygiene Standards and Professional Attitude Please note: sponsorship/relocation package is not provided for this role Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent customer service Fluent in English Relationship Building
