About the Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Financial Advisor to join their team. As a Financial Advisor, youll play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. Youll provide personalised advice, develop financial plans, and guide clients through various investment options. The ideal candidate will have experience in pensions and can work well on their own. This role offers remote working and leads provided for the successful candidate. Responsibilities Offer strategic financial advice across a range of products and services including Pensions, Investments and Life Insurance. Assess clients financial situations and create comprehensive financial plans. Manage full business pipeline from consultation to issue and liaise with life companies to ensure SLAs are met. Research investment opportunities and keep up to date with market changes. Provide tax strategies and assist with estate planning. Provide holistic pre- and post-retirement planning services. Educate clients about financial options and risks. Continuously monitor clients portfolio and adjust plans as needed. Managing a portfolio of corporate pension schemes.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 4 years as a financial advisor. Experience managing small group pension schemes.
Certification:
Minimum requirements:
Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation, additional RPA preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication. Uphold high ethical standards and maintain client trust. Previous experience in a Life & Pensions role. Must be able to work on own initiative and take full ownership of business pipeline to achieve targets.
