    Mortgage Advisor (QFA) Hybrid Model Would you like to join the new kids on the block? We are hiring a Mortgage Advisor to join the residential team of a growing financial services firm in Dublin.

    The primary focus is to advise and assist employees of our corporate clients on all stages of their mortgage journey.

    This will suit a mortgage advisor who would like to join a highly innovative team while having lots of fun along the way.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Help employees of our corporate clients make the right mortgage decisions, make the paperwork painless and seal the best deal for them.

    Own the customer journey from introductory call to final drawdown.

    Have the required experience to speak to employees across all levels of the organisation and guide them to make the best decision for their financial needs.

    Ability to connect and engage with clients to build confidence and ensure the best outcome.


    Key Skills and Qualifications:
    QFA qualified. Enjoy guiding, educating, and recommending the best options for your clients.

    You have bags of energy, tons of enthusiasm, you are commercially astute and have a love of the mortgage market.

    You work well with others and enjoy contributing to teams goals and performance. Self-starter with a can-do attitude. There is an excellent salary and commission structure on offer.
