    Description
    Job Description Excellent opportunity for a credit/banking professional to join a leading challenger institution in the property lending space


    Key responsibilities include:
    Day to day account management across a portfolio of commercial property clients Contributing to the underwriting and credit application processes Supporting the wider team through loan origination and drawdowns Assisting in the origination and execution of commercial mortgage transactions Building relationships with clients and other third-party advisors (e.g. solicitors, valuers and other service providers)

    Requirements for this Role Successful candidate will likely have the following background: 2-4 years experience in a lending environment. Good working knowledge of credit underwriting and loan documentation. Commercial property and deal origination experience would be advantageous. QFA or APA working to QFA qualification.
