    Description

    Lex Consultancy is delighted to be partnered with a professional services firm with the hiring of an experienced Funds Company Secretary to join a dynamic team on a permanent contract based in Dublin City Centre. This permanent role, based in Dublin City Centre, offers a dynamic work environment and competitive salary and benefits.

    As the Funds Company Secretary, you'll play a pivotal role in providing expert company secretarial services for a diverse portfolio of regulated investment funds and management companies. This hybrid working position allows for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative team environment.

    Key responsibilities of the Company Secretary:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for company secretarial services
  • Mentor and oversee junior team members' tasks, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Coordinate board meetings, including agendas and minute-taking
  • Handle general meetings, annual returns, and filings with regulatory authorities
  • Maintain statutory records and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures

    • Key skills of the Company Secretary:

  • Minimum of 5 year's relevant experience in a company secretarial role
  • Funds experience advantageous
  • Experience working in a law firm
  • ICSA qualified
