We are now seeking a Senior Physiotherapist Orthopaedic In-Patients for a private hospital located in Dublin, Ireland.

    Key Responsibilities
    • The role entails designing, coordinating, and delivering a highly effective and efficient Physiotherapy Orthopaedic In-Patient Service, in close collaboration with other ward staff
    • It is imperative to work closely with the team to ensure that all hospital orthopaedic patients receive timely care in accordance with departmental policies.
    • The position requires the development and implementation of operational procedures that adhere to best practice standards, in order to provide the highest quality of service possible.
    • As the leader and coordinator of the Physiotherapy Orthopaedic In-Patient team, you will work closely with the Allied Therapy Manager, Clinical Specialists, and Seniors to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
    • Your role will involve managing and overseeing the Physiotherapy Service as a key member of the Senior Physiotherapy Management team, in collaboration with the Allied Therapy Manager.


    Requirements

    • Candidates must hold a degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification.
    • Candidates must be CORU registered.
    • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years Physiotherapy experience. This must include significant ward based Orthopaedic experience.
    • Desirable not essential:
    • Post Graduate MSc in relevant area (Orthopaedics/MSK/Advanced Physiotherapy Practice)
    • Ward based Cardiothoracic Physiotherapy and ICU experience
    • Post graduate experience in MSK OP
