    As a Senior Project Manager, you will plan, oversee and lead projects from concept through to completion. This is a senior role at ReliaQuest and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously. You will help align the teams of highly motivated and talented individuals who collaborate with Development Leads, Product Managers and QAs across the company – all of whom build GreyMatter.

    The everyday hustle:

  • Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects
  • Work with product managers and development leads and managers in developing a strategy and execution plan to provide compelling capabilities in GreyMatter.
  • Work closely with senior engineers across the teams and geographies to understand constraints and suggest alternatives.
  • Instill best practices for Project Management, assure schedules align with business objectives and communicate risk.
  • Task management - prioritize, plan, track and communicate status of projects and features
  • Career management and development of direct reports

    • Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree including leadership and mentor experience as a technical lead or team lead
  • Solid software/hardware development background including clear wins
  • Ability to navigate conflict and remain focused on the big-picture
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand dependencies
