    Description

    We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of various IT projects. The IT Project Manager will work closely with key stakeholders and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    -Plan and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

    -Manage communication with key stakeholders to ensure that project expectations are well-defined and met

    -Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and risk management plans

    -Manage project scope, including identifying and managing changes to requirements, documenting and communicating impact on scope, schedule, and budget, and ensuring that all changes are properly approved and documented

    -Track and report project progress, including progress against project schedules, budgets, as well as identifying project risks and issues and developing and implementing risk mitigation plans

    -Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, project plans, and stakeholder communications

    -Identify and manage dependencies between projects, and manage resource scheduling and capacity

    -Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards

    -Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement

    -Monitor and report on project metrics and KPIs

    Requirements

    -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

    -3+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall

    -Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

    -Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders at various levels of the organization

    -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues

    -Experience with project management tools

    -PMP or other project management certification is preferred
