    Description

    Armont Recruitment have partnered with a well-established and successful Irish business seeking an experienced accounts assistant to join their growing team based in west Dublin.

    Reporting to the Finance Manager the successful candidate will focus on bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable within this close-knit team.

    The role will suit an experienced accounts assistant or accounts administrator seeking a new role within a flexible business that is expanding within Ireland.

    The Role Provide support to the Financial Manager on regular bookkeeping tasks Stakeholder management Daily communication with suppliers and employees related to purchase orders Reconciling suppliers Posting and reconciling bank Bank payments and reconciliations Credit card reconciliation Processing payroll Accurate data entry for Sage and Payroll systems Filing documents The Candidate Industry experience in a busy office environment Payroll experience Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite and IT systems (Sage would be advantageous)

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail The Rewards Salary range, €35,000 to €45,000 DOE Bonus Pension Hybrid working Flexible working hours Parking Skills:
