    Description

    Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about cosmetics? Our client is looking for a proactive and dedicated Accounts and Operations Executive to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and financial management for our beauty brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Management: Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor and optimize inventory levels across retail locations to meet demand while minimizing excess.
    • Operational Support: Assist in coordinating logistics, supply chain, and store operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support business decisions.
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse data and suggest improvements.
    • Knowledge of the beauty industry will be advantageous.
    • Strong project management skills strategic thinker.
    • Strong relationship builder deadline and KPI orientated.
    • Team player with ability to work cross function
    • IT skills; advanced excel
    • Analytical and numerate
    • Good communicator
    • Able to work under pressure
