    Main Responsibilities

    We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee a global software development team working on the AMCS SaaS platform:

    • Leads software developers and quality engineers in delivering key components of the AMCS SaaS platform
    • Offers a clear growth path towards a software development manager role

    Ensuring Quality

    • Sets high standards for code quality and engineering excellence
    • Implement CI/CD and DevOps techniques for efficient product release
    • Ensures timely and high-quality code contributions
    • Drives operational consistency through an agile, data-driven approach

    Technical Expertise

    • Designs technical solutions in collaboration with the architecture team
    • Reviews design tasks and oversees non-functional aspects
    • Takes an active role in complex feature development
    • Focuses on product performance and usability for continuous improvement

    Leadership Development

    • Recruits and develops high-performing teams
    • Creates development plans and ensures skill enhancement for team members
    • Makes staffing decisions and oversees team performance

    Product Focus

    • Participates in product development sessions and collaborates with stakeholders
    • Sets achievable roadmaps in partnership with Product Owner
    • Engages with Product Management and customer-facing teams for product enhancement

    Requirements

    • Experience leading agile development teams and implementing CI/CD best practices
    • Proficiency in C#/.NET technology stack, familiarity with Microsoft cloud platforms
    • Minimum 3 years of people management experience
    • Strong communication skills
