    Role Overview:

    The Retention Marketing Specialist will effectively manage numerous campaigns at a time in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and highly accountable environment. Ideal candidates have notable marketing and testing experience, enjoy collaboration with cross-functional teams, and thrive in agile marketing environments. This is a remote position in Ireland. We will only consider candidates currently in Ireland and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

    About the Role:

    • Test and optimize the marketing messaging journey in web and in-product environments.
    • Collaborate with worldwide cross-functional teams to build and launch high-impact campaigns across marketing touchpoints.
    • Leverage marketing experience to drive the testing process (e.g. reviewing evidence, recognizing insights, formulating hypotheses, and coordinating the overall testing process) for different campaigns.
    • Proactively communicate insights and drive hypotheses development and testing process to influence marketing strategies.
    • Effectively communicate across worldwide teams to manage timelines, delivery, and dependencies.
    • Stay informed on evolving consumer needs and customer experience trends.

    About You:

    • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Mid-level experience and proven demonstration of driving numerous initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
    • Notable experience with "customer" obsession, testing process, digital marketing strategy and execution, web analytics, and conversion funnel optimization.
    • Experience with agile marketing and testing processes is preferred.
    • Self-motivation, persistence, and the ability to strive for success within established timelines.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills to develop key relationships and create alignment across departments to motivate teams to accomplish objectives.
    • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
