In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing sales administration, inventory management, and procurement processes and you will make a meaningful impact.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Manage sales enquiries and quotes, liaising with suppliers and coordinating with the Production team. Transition sales quotes into orders, assess stock levels, and generate purchase orders as needed. Maintain optimal inventory levels, track inventory records, and manage part revision history. Issue purchase orders to selected suppliers, monitor order statuses, and verify supplier invoices. Source materials and services essential for production, evaluating suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
Previous experience in office administration, preferably in Sales, Purchasing, or Production. Strong organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both internally and externally. Proficiency in office software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Hi, we're Barden.
