- Provide onsite support as part of team to 100+ engineering/technical staff
- Provide remote support to other sites in Ireland/Europe
- Autodesk application suite support for technical staff
- Roll out of office hardware and software during refresh/upgrade cycles
- Video conference and VOIP telephony systems support
- Administration of industry standard IT systems
- Application and execution of ISO 27001 information security policies and controls throughout the business
- Assist in the delivery of IT projects as/when required.
- Print systems support
- Desktop support including peripherals
- Server support including backup technologies
- Network – LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, switching, patching
- Security – firewall, AV, encryption
- VOIP telephone administration
- Azure/O365 administration
- Installation and support of client OS and the common application stack
- Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer service orientation
