    Description

    Our client based in North Cork (Mallow / Millstreet area) has a permanent full time job available for a Finance Administrator to join their busy team.

    This role will suit an experienced administrator / accounts assistant looking to join a finance team where they will be involved in the daily financial and administration tasks.


    Main duties:
    Processing supplier payments and Customer receipts Bank Reconciliation. Processing and issuing monthly customer statements. Dealing with Customer queries as they arise Matching Purchase Orders with Purchase Invoices and processing on accounts package. Reconciling Supplier statements. Working closely with the Finance Supervisor to ensure smooth period end closing. Providing general administrative support as applicable Skills and Experiences Experience in a similar role preferable.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Be flexible and have the ability to work as part of a Team.

    Fluent in English Excellent written/verbal/numerical/ communication skills This role is based on site and working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
