- Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and procedures to optimize the recruitment sales cycle and drive revenue growth.
- Create and close new sales opportunities, working towards an impressive, but realistic target.
- Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to define and refine sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources to effectively execute the sales process.
- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of sales tools, systems, and technologies to support the sales process.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of sales processes with overall business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and retention.
