- Managing a wide portfolio of corporate and international clients
- Leading globally advising transactions in many locations, including IP restructuring, business model optimization projects, and M&A transactions.
- Working with their highly qualified teams to understand new and growing tax law and how it may affect their clients.
- Working as part of a team with partners and directors to ensure the business unit works well.
- Engagement in business expansion endeavors within the broader tax practice, coupled with a constructive contribution to the overall advancement of the practice.
