    Description

    We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals with a solid background in fitness to join our Sales Team at West Wood Club in Leopardstown, Dublin 18.

    What We Offer:

    • No sales experience required as full sales and marketing training will be provided

    Responsibilities:

    • Reach out to 20 to 30 inbound leads daily via phone or email
    • Utilize CRM system to convert leads into bookings
    • Contact corporate entities
    • Effectively communicate fitness knowledge to potential customers

    Training:

    Before starting, you will receive 4 full days of Sales and Marketing Training where you will learn advanced techniques, including:

    • CRM system utilization
    • Gym membership sales strategies
    • Selling premium personal training packages
    • Converting website leads into tours/sales

    Your Role:

    As part of the West Wood Club business development team spanning 6 clubs, your role in the sales department is crucial.
