• Responsible to review the content flagged by users on YouTube and making sure the posted content is adhered to its policies.
• Worked as shift lead and handling a team of 9 members.
• Project responsibilities include assigning tasks, setting deadlines and updating progress to clients.
• Conducting PKTS (process Knowledge Tests) for the Team to make sure that all the team members are calibrated with the process.
