Ode To The Odd

I find myself floating in a torrent so asymmetrical flowing a force so unconventional

That it is too powerfully distinctive in its deluge, too attractive to withdraw to a refuge

A chute which is by any means inexplicable yet almost inimitable

Isn’t it a strange cascade, a charade almost for such a curious parade

The taste of a blood rush I am not too keen, but this is so normal to be seen for the folks at the unusual canteen

What does it take for one to wake up the lethargic so accustomed to being drinking a pint of old logic

Meet our pal the casual, always too busy with the lousy and the drowsy

Pack up, it is time to be ready, when was the last time you got on board plane emotion

Do you still remember how to surf an inundation in soul motion?
