    Our client is currently recruiting a Group Tax Lead to join their team. Excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a Group Tax Lead to join our Group Financial Control team. In this role you will be responsible for the management of and regular reporting on the Group tax activities. As a lead you will provide guidance and support to the business on all matters surrounding tax.

    The role is pivotal in providing tax support for the funding requirements for each business unit across the business.

    Requirements for the role:

    Successful candidates will have:

    • Qualification in accountancy (ACA/ACCA), plus a recognised Tax Qualification (CTA), with a minimum of 5+ years relevant post qualification experience.
    • Experience working in a corporate tax environment.
    • Excellent working knowledge of accounting packages and excel along with excellent financial modelling skills.
    • Proven ability to manage critical processes against tight deadlines.
    • Ability to identify issues arising and work with senior management towards resolutions.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
