- Provide timely, professional, and high-quality responses to medical/pharmaceutical inquiries from customers (e.g., healthcare professionals, patients).
- Align with standards and focus on customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions (including inquiries, Product Complaints, and Adverse Events) in the appropriate computer systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify and handle queries related to adverse events or product quality complaints.
- Facilitate the Replacement and Retrieval of specific products using agreed processes with relevant Vendors.
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Must be a native German speaker with full fluency in English.
- Educational/work background in health care, medical affairs, clinical development, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent in health care, natural sciences, pharmacy, or related disciplines.
- Excellent active listening and verbal communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills to respond to customer queries effectively.
- Ability to adapt and empathize with customer needs, managing expectations efficiently.
