- Manage a defined process to analyze specific markets/regions and develop plans to grow Rockwell Automation Solutions and Services as part of Lifecycle Services and Global Sales plans.
- Develop outcome positioning on the value of the combined Power and Process capabilities with a lens of value to the customer over the lifecycle of their plants.
- Represent the COEs enabling product and solutions sales for Global Growth in all Rockwell channels.
- Identify ways to enhance Rockwell's offerings to maintain and grow our customer base, while collaborating to find new customers exercising the full portfolio to create outcomes.
- Develop and maintain internal relationships with regional Service and Solution teams for portfolio advancement and establish regional market development leads.
- Support as a SME to marketing groups to develop marketing collateral enabling outcome-oriented solutions growth.
- Support Sales Enablement activities globally in support of Process and Power targets across all channels to market globally.
- Identify new Market Opportunities within your industry enabling RA Delivered Solutions Growth, provide business with growth potential and work with COE to develop and implement.
- Participate in professional organizations and support, ROK Live, PSUG, Automation Fair and other industry events.
- Requires eight years of leadership experience in a large industrial systems and solutions delivery business or similar company such as competitor, EPC or large End User Central/Corporate Engineering team.

Job Description
The Global Market Develop Leader – Life Science Industry is part of Global LCS Solutions Center of Excellence with responsibility to support creating and participate in driving the combined global Process and Power and Control growth strategy for the Life Science industry. We are looking for someone based in Ireland, You will be an Industry subject matter expert, this position partners with the regional marketing, enablement, and sales teams representing the Power and Process COEs. The role will define and develop the placement and positioning of COE platforms, solutions, and services to target customers advocating across the entire Lifecycle of their power, automation, and control, and digital assets. Additional responsibilities include content creation for Sales Enablement Programs, relevant Industry Association/Trade Shows participation, and a key contributor to 1- and 5-year Business Strategy Development and Strategic Deployment.
