    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a prior background in manufacturing . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.


    Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns in a timely manner to minimise production downtime. Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to schedule to prevent equipment failures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements to equipment and processes. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Ensuring the site is audit ready at all times.


    Requirements:
    Level 6 or Higher in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline. Proven experience (2 years preferred) as a maintenance technician in a regulated manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Experience with troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
