    Description

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a newstart-up organisationbased inTipperaryon apermanent basis. This role will suit someone coming from a electricall backgroundwho has solid experience in the installation and qualification of machinery and equipment.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for, installation and commissioning of new equipment which includes the execution and documentation of IQ, OQ, PQ(Installation, Operation and Performance Qualification) for systems supported by the business.
    • Service and maintain systems installed at customer sites.
    • Repair and test electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment associated with our product offering.
    • Assist in the design and development of electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment associated with the Envetec Generations continuous improvement program.
    • Actively participate in cross functional team meetings and risk assessments (e.g. FMEA) in order to develop validation strategies.
    • Actively participate in areas such as 6S, lean principles, and GMP/GDP within the team.
    • Ensure all company equipment is properly maintained and in good working order at all times throughout its lifecycle.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Trade qualification essential with level 7 in Engineering a distinct advantage.
    • 3 – 5 years Electrical/Mechanical machine build/support experience.
    • Previous Installation and Qualification of machinery and equipment in customer sites.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
    • Experience in technical writing including but not limited to validation protocols and associated test plans.
    • Continuous improvement mind-set.
    • Self-motivated, capable of working on own initiative and can work to tight deadlines.
    • Strong customer service focus with ability to interact confidently and professionally with system end users/customers.
    • Full clean driving licence.
