    About this role

    As a Content Services Manager on Udemy's Professional Services team, your role involves harmonizing Udemy Business content with the learning objectives of our customers. This entails a deep understanding of customers' learning needs, their current content, curriculum, certifications, and the specific skills and roles they target. Leveraging this understanding, you will curate, refine, and recommend the optimal Udemy Business content that precisely meets customer upskilling/reskilling requirements.
    Your expertise ensures seamless alignment between Udemy's offerings and our clients' diverse learning ecosystems, fostering effective skill development and continuous learning.

    What you'll be doing

  • Manager of One: Lead discussions with clients to understand and document what they want to achieve with Udemy's courses.
  • Day-to-Day Management: Monitor how different clients are using the content, look for trends, and work with your team to speed up and improve the way Udemy's content is offered.
  • Process Improvement: Design and maintain the processes for organizing and recommending content. Handle daily tasks like responding to client requests and managing outside vendors.
  • Systems Work: Collaborate with different Udemy departments to refine the content services offered and ensure they meet the client's needs.
  • Building Relationships: Work closely with sales and content teams to align on business goals and how to reach them through content services.
  • Measuring Success: Track and report how well the content is helping clients, keeping an eye on user satisfaction and educational outcomes.

    • What you'll have

  • 3+ years experience in a service-oriented role, preferably in EdTech focused on delivering customer solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in building new services, operations, and workstreams where needed.
  • Efficiency in strategically adopting and creating tools and processes to automate as much as possible to scale this service.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Strategic, analytical thinking skills with an ability to identify creative solutions to problems.
  • Clear communication skills in person and writing to represent Udemy's values in customer relations effectively.
  • Familiarity with various technology stacks is a plus.
