    Description

    What is the Role

    As our Senior UX Product Designer you'll lead projects, applying user-centred design principles to craft intuitive and highly functional designs for our web and mobile platforms, across both visual and interactive realms. Your role extends beyond design creation to providing pivotal support to the team and offering UX guidance for stakeholders throughout the entire design journey, from research and planning to ideation, testing, and continuous improvement. In this role you will:

    Conduct comprehensive research, benchmarking, and GA4 analyses, providing meticulous documentation and insightful analysis reports to drive informed design decisions.

    Develop user journeys and flows to understand positive and critical user paths, identifying pain points for subsequent enhancement to elevate the overall user experience.

    Ensure strict adherence to Design Systems and Accessibility guidelines throughout project development and maintenance, collaborating with the team to evaluate and refine the design system.

    Craft sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD. Generate UX deliverables such as UX maps, personas, interview document analyses, user journeys, functional design documents, and research reports.

    Collaborate closely with Product Management teams and IT scrum teams, providing support to refine business requirements and development tasks to achieve UX objectives seamlessly.

    Immerse yourself fully in the user experience of our products and services to deliver exceptional UX/UI solutions aligned with human-centred design principles and business objectives.

    What do I need?

    To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

    Proven experience collaborating with UX team, product managers, stakeholders, CX, marketing, developers, testers teams to consistently deliver outputs of the highest standard.

    A track record of delivering top-tier usability and user-centred design, aligned with both business and customer expectations.

    Skills in planning and facilitating UX workshops tailored to meet specific business requirements and user needs effectively.

    The ability to effectively present design concepts and engage in negotiations with stakeholders, achieving a design that balances business requirements with a robust user experience.

    A stellar portfolio showcasing examples of successful user research, design systems, and innovative design solutions that have positively impacted user experiences.

    Exceptional communication and analytical skills to foster effective collaboration and convey complex design concepts to various stakeholders with clarity and precision.
