    Description

    Our Client, a reputable Financial Broker located in South Dublin, is in search of a dynamic Junior Pension Consultant to join their expanding team.

    The perfect candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience in the Pension sector and exhibit confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm, along with a positive, can-do mindset.


    The Role:
    • A challenging, target-driven position aimed at contributing to our client's sales goals in the Pension sector.
    • Traveling to businesses to engage with Employers and their employees, providing insights on the benefits and value of AVCs.
    • Offering investment choice information & AVC SORPS when needed.
    • Establishing enduring relationships with employers in the construction and related industries.
    • Developing and executing AVC sales/marketing strategies and services to boost sales.


    Requirements:
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Pension administration/advisory role
    • QFA & RPA qualification
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
    • Thorough understanding of relevant Pension legislation and regulatory landscape.
    • Hold a valid, clean driver's license and own transportation.
