    Description

    Social Care Worker Roles
    eFlexes has teamed up with a community-focused organization dedicated to offering health and social care services to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.

    Join our exceptional team and have an impact on the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities, assisting them in reaching their full potential and building connections within their community. We are currently looking for qualified Social Care Workers for our clients' Day services in North Co. Dublin.

    Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong person-centered approach, contributing significantly to facilitating and supporting individuals within our clients' Day Services while embracing their fundamental values of providing respectful, forward-thinking, professional, and positive services.

    Location:
    Swords, Howth, Portmarnock, Rush, Skerries (Peircetown)


    Working Hours:
    Both part-time and full-time positions are open


    Salary:
    Commensurate with Section 39 Pay scales (dependent on experience)


    Contract Options:
    Permanent and Specified purpose roles available.

    Applicants must have a degree at level 7/8 in Social Care or a related field to be considered for this role.

    Previous experience in disability services and familiarity with New Directions Services & Supports for Adults with Disabilities can be beneficial. Certain roles may require a valid driver's license.
