    Description
    Our client is a global technology company with Irish origins who are currently undergoing a period of growth. They require an experienced Accounts assistant to work in their 5-person finance team.

    Reporting to the Finance Manager on a day-to-day basis and supporting the wider team, this is a varied role offering a positive working culture and flexibility for the right candidate.


    Responsibilities:
    Accurately record and post bank transactions to the Finance system daily Weekly & monthly Bank Reconciliations ensuring they are in line with Trial Balance Reporting of bank reconciliation to the Finance Manager on a weekly/monthly basis Assist with weekly Cash Flow Forecasting and Management Perform month end Debtor reconciliations, analysis & collection reports Manage and respond to debtor queries and reconciliation issues Prepare Payment batches by EFT, providing supporting documentation for approval of payments Month-End Creditor reconciliations and resolve reconciliation issues Provide Creditor analysis and reports to the Finance Manager monthly Assist with the preparation of monthly management information relevant to Trial Balance stage of the accounting cycle Ensure that all Control Account reconciliations align with the month end Trial Balance Assist with the preparation of the Annual Audit File & respond to requests for information during the
    Audit Candidate Requirements: 2-3 years Experience in a similar role Experience using QuickBooks is desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of a global organisation Possess good analytical skills and be results driven Driven to achieve targets, tenacious and persistent in your approach Fluency in English is essential Team player with a positive and friendly personality Interested in this opportunity?
