- Assist with month end close processes, complete account reconciliations, and create accounting reports for the business
- Aid in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Support Accounts Payable function with data integrity
- Perform credit card payables reconciliation
- Assist Finance Team in vendor set up and management
- Prepare PR/PO requests and track invoice to payment
- Review expense accounts for account analysis and re-class, ensuring P.O.s, invoices, and cost center analysis are correct
- Handle Prepaid/Accrued expenses rolling each month
- Create and review assets in expense accounts, capitalize assets to balance sheet accounts, and run depreciation for all assets
- Assist in Inventory finance Management
- Participate in Internal/External Audits
- Help improve processes across the company
- Track intercompany loans, calculate accrued interest, apply payments, and monitor loan balances and maturity dates
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Previous experience in general ledger accounting
