Description

You are passionate on delivering excellence and ensuring global best practice in project execution.Proven ability in balancing the delivery of the projects within budget and schedule, against the resources available and challenging operating priorities, within a complex business global model and variable business dynamics arising from broad and varying demands.

Reponsibilites:

Lead the delivery of key projects as required.
Responsible for ensuring the delivery of the engineering standards.
Managing supplier relationships and performance managements of the key capital programs.
Lead value management exercises as required across a diverse range of projects and locations.
Support key decision making and problem solving relating to project schedule and cost issues.
Support the monitoring of the budget and the schedule of the base capital programs.
Lead the identification and resolution of project issues
Support the development of Business cases and Capex documents for strategic projects
Develop and leverage best practices internally as well as from other industries to deliver world class performance in program management, project implementation and construction management globally
Lead the development of project capital and opex cashflow forecasting and cashflow tracking/reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

Process industry experience in engineering with additional operations or maintenance exposure and extensive capital project management experience.
Degree qualification in Chemical Process, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Extensive experience requiredin the following areas:
Process plant technical standards
Project concept development
Business case and capital approval
Design, procurement and installation
