    Job Description
    We are hiring Staff Nurse Memory unit for one of the best Nursing Home in Dublin who is passionate about improving the quality of life of their residents and place a strong importance on social, physical, and mental stimulation. They deliver exceptional experiences, with a range of leisure activities and external excursions, tailored around their resident's interests and needs. It is their mission to ensure that residents feel valued and loved.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide high-quality nursing care to people living with dementia, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
    • Delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
    • Working collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
    • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on person-centred care.
    • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards challenges and opportunities in dementia care.
    • The Staff Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards within the nursing home.


    Requirements

    • Nursing Qualifications (Essential)
    • Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Essential)
    • Minimum of 2years of experience in nursing, preferably in a dementia care setting.
    • Evidence of further professional development, such as advanced certifications or specialized training in dementia care
