    Description
    On behalf of my client based between Croom and Adare in County Limerick, I am recruiting for an After sales Administrator


    Details:
    Monday
    • Friday 8am 5pm Fully onsite 20 days annual leave Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
    Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment of after-sales requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details. Process customer payments and transactions Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery. Filing and organising documents Managing office supplies and inventory Various ad hoc duties as required.


    Skills/Knowledge:

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    Experience with CRM software or other customer management systems is beneficial. Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
