    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation. Manage incoming customer inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth operations. Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of information. Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Assist with inventory management and order processing.


    Requirements:
    Fluent in English and Italian Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Proven experience in an administrative role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of CRM software and sales-related tools preferred. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Customer-oriented mindset and ability to provide exceptional service.
