Adecco are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in Limerick, on a full-time permanent basis.
Our client is a leading sales, marketing, and technical services company. Salary €29,000 -€30,000 Full-Time Permanent roleKey Responsibilities:
*Work closely with the logistics team in managing the movement of Assets for customers. *Work closely with and support Driver Installers in the field. *Responsible for the allocation and coordination of collections/deliveries for Drivers and Installers. *Coordination of stock equipment to end user clients. *Scheduling the collections/deliveries of stock equipment with end user clients *Proficiently managing customer queries via phone/email. *Process requests and follow escalation procedures to resolve customer queries daily. *Managing service calls.
Key Qualities:
*Highly motivated, ambitious, and dedicated to work in a fast-paced role. *Excellent administration skills (Excel, SAP would be beneficial) *Strong communication skills (written and verbal) *Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. *High level of attention to detail. *Excellent customer service skills - with the ability to be patient and resolve queries in a timely manner. *Ability to prioritise workload and work in a pressurised environment. *Strong organisational skills Adecco Ireland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
