    Description

    Our Client is looking for a skilled Engineering Services Support Administrator to join their rapidly expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in this expanding industry. This is a position for a well-organized, energetic, and highly motivated individual. Our clients and engineers will benefit from the successful candidate's technical support. You will have a strong interest in engineering services, particularly mechanical and electrical.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that all progress is captured and updated on the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
    • Ensure that all statutory works are completed and that the client is compliant.
    • Bring all assigned client calls to the billing stage.
    • Keep all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) worksheets compliant and regularly updated.
    • Respond to customer needs as soon as possible.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Must be able to work in Ireland and speak fluent English.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • At least three years of experience in a comparable role.
    • Excellent mechanical/electrical background.
    • Ability to prioritize work and work effectively under pressure.
    • Capability to make decisions and work independently.
